Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
